- Dibutuhkan of Bahan tambahan (optional):.
- Dibutuhkan 30 gram of keju potong dadu kecil.
- Siapkan of Gula halus.
- Dibutuhkan of Cashew tumbuk.

Cara memasak Poffertjes
- Campurkan semua bahan adonan hingga kental merata, diamkan 30 menit.
- Siapkan cetakan, olesi mentega k cetakan. Saya pake cetakan takoyaki π.
- Masak dgn api kecil, tuangkan adonan setengah cetakan, masukan keju, biarkan hingga setengah matang, lalu tumpuk 2 adoan k 1 cetakan adonan, bolak balik dgn garpu atau sumpit, berulang hingga adonan habis.
- Plating, tambahkan gula bubuk dan cashew tumbuk and ready to serve now ππ.
