- Gunakan 245 gr of ayam fillet yg sdh di cincang / 1/2 dada ayam fillet.

- Siapkan 3 sdm of Minyak wijen.
- Diperlukan 3 siung of bawang putih cincang.
- Siapkan 1 ruas of jahe cingcang.
- Diperlukan 1 sdm of saus tiram.
- Diperlukan 1 sdm of saus sambal.
- Siapkan 1 sdm of kecap manis.
- Siapkan 1 sdm of kecap asin.
- Diperlukan 2 sdm of arak putih/arak masak.
- Dibutuhkan 100 cc of air bersih.
- Gunakan 1/2 sdm of tepung maezena cairkan dng sedikit air.
