- Gunakan 50 gr of gula pasir.

- Campurkan susu,cream,gula,pekak, biji vanila.rebus dengan api kecil,jangan sampai susu dan cream pecah..
- Setelah mendidih,saring campuran tadi. Bagi menjadi 2,satu beri puree strawberry+ esence,yang satunya biarkan berwarna putih. Masing² adonan tadi beri gelatin. lalu cetak deh......
