- Diperlukan 500 gr of daging ayam atau sapi, potong 2x2 cm.

- Diperlukan 3 siung of bawang putih, cincang kasar.
- Diperlukan 1/2 sdm of bubuk jintan (sesuai selera, saya suka rasa jintan yang kuat).
- Diperlukan 1 sdt of bubuk ketumbar.
- Gunakan 2 sdm of gula jawa.
- Dibutuhkan 2 sdm of kecap manis.
- Diperlukan 2 sdm of minyak goreng.
- Diperlukan 3 sdm of mentega/margarin.
- Dibutuhkan 5 sdm of tepung terigu.
- Diperlukan 1 liter of kaldu ayam (bisa diganti air ditambah kaldu instan).
- Diperlukan secukupnya of garam dan gula.
- Siapkan of daun bawang iris dan saus sambal untuk garnish.
