  1. Gunakan 3 cup of terigu serba guna.
  2. Siapkan 1 sdm of gula pasir.
  3. Gunakan 1 sdt of garam halus.
  4. Diperlukan 2 sdm of plain yogurt.
  5. Sediakan 1 butir of telur.
  6. Sediakan Secukupnya of air.
  7. Dibutuhkan 1 sdm of blueband.
  8. Sediakan Secukupnya of susu kental manis.

Cara memasak Roti paratha

  1. Campurkan semua bahan menjadi satu.
  2. Lalu uleni adonan hingga tercampur rata dan kalis elastis.
  3. Kemudian bulatkan adonan menjadi bola2 kecil ukrannya sesuai selera.. lalu rendam kedalam minyak yah, lalu tutup dengan serbet/plastic sampai 20 menit..
  4. Lalu gilas atau pipihkan adonan, kemudian gulung dan roll menjadi bulatan. Lalu rendam lagi ke dalam minyak sedikit saja..
  5. Lalu panaskan wajan, dan panggang roti paratha dan sedikit diolesi dengan minyak yah. Lalu balikkan dan kemudian oles kembali atasnya dgn minyak. Jangan sampai gosong yah. Selamat mencoba dirumah ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š.
