- Marinate ayam dengan kecap asin dan separo bawah putih yg sudah di haluskan, (setengah untuk marinate dan sisanya nanti untuk di tumis) lalu tambahkan cuka 5 sendok, merica, marinade selama 4 jam atau lebih jg lebih oke :).
- Setelah itu goreng ayam yg sudah di marinate td. Lalu sisihkan.
- Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombai, daun salam.setelah itu masukan ayam yg sudah di goreng td. Tambahkan cuka,kecap asin,merica dan sedikitttt gula pasir..
- Masak sampai tanak/meresap. Koreksi rasa bila sudah terasa asin dan rasa cuka itu lebihh enak..
