  5. Panggang dlm oven yg sdh dipanaskan terlebih dahulu, dan kita basahi dasar loyangnya, oven selama 30-40 menit dgn suhu 160 dercel..
  6. Setelah matang angkat, biarkan dingin, lalu masukan ke dlm lemari pendingin selama 2 jam, tutup dengan wraping ketika akan di masukan ke dlm lemari pendingin..
  7. Setelah 2 jam, keluarkan dari dari lemari pendingin lalu taburi dengan gula pasir hingga merata, lalu bakar dengan blow torch, atau buat karamel spt saya.
  8. Tuang karamel ke permukaan creme brulle tidak rata tidak apa2, lalu beri garnish sesuai selera, sy memakai strawberry dan blueberry.
