Bahan Gyoza
- Gunakan of Bahan A :.
- Sediakan 300 gr of fillet ayam di giling halus.

- Diperlukan of Putih telur/air.

Cara membuat Gyoza
- Cuci bersih sawi. Remas dengan 1 sdt garam. Cuci kembali. Campur & aduk rata bahan A. Tes rasa.
- Saya memakai kulit pangsit yang saya potong bulat. Saya oles tipis dengan putih telur/air supaya lemas. Isi dengan 1 sdm adonan.
- Rapatkan bagian tengah kulit. Kemudian lipat dari kanan & kiri salah satu sisi kulitnya. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
- Panaskan wajan anti lengket yang sudah di olesi sedikit minyak wijen/minyak goreng. Susun gyoza. Biarkan sampai bagian bawahnya kecoklatan/minyak habis.
- Kemudian tuangi air 100-150 ml. Tutup wajannya. Biar sampai air terserap habis. Setelah air terserap habis, matikan api. Jangan langsung di buka tutupnya, supaya ketika dingin kulit gyoza tetap lembut (penurunan suhu yang drastis bisa membuat kulit dimsum keras setelah dingin).
