Bahan-bahan Beef Teriyaki
- Dibutuhkan 500 gr of daging sapi khas dalam.
- Siapkan 1 buah of bawang bombay.
- Sediakan 1 buah of paprika hijau (optional).
- Diperlukan of Bumbu Marinasi:.
- Diperlukan 1 sdm of Saos tiram Saori.
- Diperlukan 2 sdm of saos teriyaki.
- Dibutuhkan 3 sdm of minyak wijen.
- Diperlukan 2 sdm of kecap manis.
- Siapkan 1 sdt of lada.
- Siapkan 3 siung of bawang putih halus.
- Gunakan iris of Jahe.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya of Garam,gula.
- Sediakan of Wijen u/ taburan.

Cara membuat Beef Teriyaki
- Iris tipis2 daging sapi yg sudah setengah beku dr frezer atas lalu trun ke frezer bawah 2jam. Iris tipis2 ya agar daging tidak alot.
- Cuci bersih daging. Dan siapkan bumbu marinasi lalu rendam bumbu marinasi ke dagingnya. Diamkan 30-1jam diamkan di kulkas.
- Tumis Bombay sampai harum,lalu masukan paprika sampe agak layu. Kemudian masukan daging yg sdh di marinasi tadi. Aduk sampai matang beri garam,gula dan air secukupnya. Aduk sampai matang.
- Cek rasa dan sajikan.
