- Dibutuhkan 1 ikat of kacang panjang.
- Sediakan 2 ons of kg Ocra.
- Dibutuhkan Seiris of labu ceremai (kira-kira lebar 2cm).
- Sediakan 1/4 iris of kol.
- Dibutuhkan of Ikan pindang yg sudah bakar (bisa di ganti ayam/daging).
- Dibutuhkan of bumbu.
- Diperlukan 5 siung of bawang putih.
- Dibutuhkan 1 siung of bawang bombay.
- Diperlukan secukupnya of Lada bubuk.
- Gunakan Seiris of Terasi.
- Siapkan 1/4 kg of Tomat.
- Gunakan secukupnya of Garam.
- Siapkan secukupnya of Gula.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya of Magic lezat.
- Gunakan 1 btg of daun bawang.

Langkah-langkah memasak Pinagbed Philippine Food
- Semua bahan di potong dadu. Sedangkan ikan pindang hanya di ambil dagingnya lalu di cincang.
- Kemudian cincang halus semua bumbu kecuali terasi.
- Panaskan minyak utk menumis bumbu. Lalu masukan pertama lada bubuk dan biarkan sebentar sampai agak kecoklatan lalu masukkan bawang putih dan tumis sampai kecoklatan..
- Dan masukkan bawang bombay,terasi dan tomat aduk sampai rata lalu tambahkan sedikit air dan biar sampai mendidih dan tomatnya halus..
- Kemudian masukan ikan pindang aduk rata.dan masukkan bumbu pelengkap seperti gula,garam dan magic lezat.
- Terakhir masukan sayuran dan tambahkan sedikit air dan membiarkan mendidih sampai sayurnya empuk.lalu tambah kan irisan daun bawang. Dan siap dihidangkan.
