- Mixer bahan A : mentega, butter, gula palm dan gula sampai pucat mengembang. Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu, mixer dg kecepatan rendah. Setelah semua telur masuk dan tercampur rata, ayak bahan kering dan masukkan dlm adonan, mixer kecepatan rendah asal rata..
- Mixer bahan B : putih telur, COTT dan gula hingga soft peak lalu aduk lipat dg adonan telur. Jika wisk mixer hanya 1,wajib dicuci hingga benar2 bersih dri minyak dan dikeringkan hingga benar2 tdk ada sisa air/minyak..
- Masukkan buah kering yg telah bersalut tepung, sy tambahkan parutan kulit jeruk sunkist untuk aroma. Panggang dg api atas bawah 170°C selama 40-45mnt (*menyesuaikan oven masing2 ya moms).
- Tes tusuk untuk mengetahui kematangan. Segera setelah matang, dinginkan di atas cooling rack dan sapukan rum sisa rendaman buah kering ke seluruh permukaan fruit cake. Lakukan berulang2 hingga rum sisa rendaman habis. Cake ini wangi rum buanget, lembut, buahnya seger kletus2.. Festive banget π²❤️☕.
