Bahan Buko pandan keto friendly
- Siapkan 1 bks of nutrijel plain atau agar2 swalow plain.
- Gunakan secukupnya of Pasta pandan.
- Dibutuhkan 3 bks of santan Sasa cair 65ml.
- Diperlukan 1 sachet of diabetasol.
- Dibutuhkan Secukupnya of pemanis cair stevia drops.
- Dibutuhkan 1 liter of air matang.
- Gunakan 100 ml of whipcream cair anchor.
- Dibutuhkan 1/4 sdt of garam.
- Sediakan Secukupnya of keju Kraft cheddar parut.
It's usually made with sweetened condensed milk and tapioca pearls, which are not keto friendly. I made a miscalculation in the earlier version. I don't encourage cheating on Keto or low carb lifestyle but if you slipped and ate a lot of carbs, this drink will be your friend. I saw this drink in a keto FB page which is being promoted as a carb buster and metabolism enhancer.
Cara memasak Buko pandan keto friendly
- Masak nutrijel dg krng lbh 750ml air, tambahkan pemanis kalau mau manis.. masak hingga mendidih.. angkat, taro di wadah bagi menjadi 3 bagian...
- 1 bagian biarkan plain utk pengganti nata de Coco.. 1 lagi beri santan cair, sbg pengganti daging kelapa.. 1 lg beri perisa pandan & 1 tetes stevia, aduk rata semua, sisihkan,biarkan hingga set...
- Potong dadu jelly warna putih & hijau.. yg kelapa dikeruk seperti daging kelapa.. parut keju, sisihkan.
- Bikin kuah nya.. masak air, santan, whipcream, diabetasol, Stevia, garam & pasta pandan sambil di tes kemanisan nya sesuaikan dg selera.. masak hingga mendidih sbntr langsung matiin api, sisihkan...
- Setelah itu tata jelly2 di mangkok, siram kuah, tabur keju parut atasnya, masukin kulkas.. sajikan dingin, sajikan.. enak bgt...
